Calhoun Operations Group was founded by Brian Calhoun to help commercial service businesses improve performance, strengthen leadership, and build operations that can scale with greater control.

Brian brings more than 13 years of experience leading complex commercial cleaning, facilities, and multi-state service operations. Throughout his career, he has managed up to a $30 million P&L, led organizations with as many as 1,200 employees and 28 managers, and overseen large, multi-location portfolios spanning millions of square feet.

His experience includes helping grow a service company from $18 million to $30 million, expanding a major client account from approximately $74,000 to $7.2 million annually, and building the systems needed to improve pricing, labor control, quality, customer retention, management accountability, and operational consistency.

Brian has worked with major commercial clients and complex service environments where performance depends on strong leadership, disciplined execution, and reliable field operations. His background includes developing SOPs, KPI reporting, pricing models, quality-control programs, account-transition plans, CRM processes, leadership structures, and customer-retention strategies.
